DM to the member #

Members affected by a moderation action receive a direct message with the server and the reason โ€“ in their own language (see Language).

Escalation #

Warnings add up. By default:

WarningsConsequence
3Kick
5Ban

/mod warnings shows a member's warnings, /mod clearwarnings resets them.

Timeout or mute? #

  • Timeout uses Discord's built-in feature: the member can't write, react or join voice for a while.
  • Mute gives a mute role. /muterole create creates that role and sets the right permissions in all channels. You can set an existing role as the mute role with /config set.

Mod log #

Every action is recorded in the mod log (in the database) and โ€“ if set up โ€“ in the logging channel. You can also read, filter and page through warnings and the mod log in the dashboard.

Mod role Set a mod role with /config set. It's used for example for ticket channels so your team has access.
