1. Scope
These terms apply to the use of the Discord bot Evil6, the website evil6.com and the dashboard (together “Evil6”). The provider is the operator named in the imprint. By inviting Evil6 to a server or using its commands or the dashboard, you accept these terms.
2. Services
Evil6 provides moderation, security and community features for Discord servers as described on evil6.com/features and in the documentation. Use is free of charge. Optionally, the paid “Backup Plus” subscription can be purchased for individual servers (section 7). There is no entitlement to specific features; we keep developing Evil6 and may change, add or remove features.
3. Requirements
You need a Discord account. You must follow Discord’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines and meet the minimum age that applies there.
4. Duties of server admins
Whoever adds and configures Evil6 on a server is responsible for its configuration – in particular for punishments Evil6 applies automatically according to the configured rules (e.g. Gulag, anti-raid, automod, escalation). Admins should inform their members appropriately that moderation and logging are in use, and use Evil6 only in accordance with applicable law.
5. Prohibited use
In particular, you may not
- use Evil6 for spam, harassment, fraud or other unlawful purposes,
- overload Evil6, its interfaces or the dashboard, scrape them automatically or circumvent security mechanisms and limits,
- exploit bugs or vulnerabilities instead of reporting them (contact: security.txt),
- impersonate Evil6 or its operator.
6. Blocking
In case of violations of these terms or abuse, we may exclude users and servers from using Evil6. Blocks apply across Evil6 and the operator’s other bots. If you believe a block is unjustified, write to [email protected].
7. Backup Plus
Backup Plus is a subscription for one server that increases that server’s number of backup slots. Purchase, payment, renewal, cancellation and refunds are handled exclusively by Discord; Discord’s terms for app subscriptions apply. If Evil6 is removed from the server or the server is blocked, there is no claim to a refund from us; statutory rights remain unaffected.
8. Availability
We strive for smooth operation but do not guarantee any particular availability. Evil6 depends on Discord; outages or changes at Discord may limit features. Backups are a tool and don’t replace your own care – we don’t guarantee that a restore will always be complete.
9. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence we are only liable for breach of essential obligations, limited to typical, foreseeable damage. Otherwise liability is excluded. Mandatory statutory liability, e.g. under product liability law, remains unaffected.

How we handle data is described in the privacy policy.
11. Changes
We may change these terms, for example for new features or changes in the law. The current version is published here; we announce material changes appropriately. Continuing to use Evil6 after a change means you accept the new version.
12. Final provisions
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country of your habitual residence remain unaffected. If any provision is invalid, the rest remains effective.
